After being referred to Mr Baca by a common associate of Mr Baca and I, Mr Baca offered me an opportunity to invest capital into a trade that he had available to him. The first offer was more than I cared to invest since I have been ripped off before by these programs and when he offered me a 2nd trade, I accepted it and sent a sizable payment to a U.K. solicitor which the payment was less than the millions of dollars I have lost in the past however is still a significant amount none the less just adding to overall losses which Mr Baca was well aware of.
Irronically enough, Mr Baca stated on several occasions that he didn't enjoy the fact that I was so careful and questioned him so often because it made him feel like I was treating him as if he was like others who had defrauded me which in the end, that's exactly what Mr Baca did.
Mr Baca professes to have great communication skills but refuses to communicate, years of expereince and success in bank instrument trading but failed to procure the instrument needed, real estate and other asset trading but nothing significate reported and nearly guaranteed process of creating high yield profits through his SBLC, MTN and other trade procedures but not one transaction proving his abilities.
Mr Baca is careful to hide his identity and whereabouts however I have been able to obtain information on him and his family members which have been given to my attorneys and the authroities which I'm happy to offer to others who he has wronged.
Besides warning others of Mr Baca's illicit intentions and business practices, I'm seeking others who have lost money to Mr Baca's nefarious business activities as well as any information that can be used by my attorneys and U.S. authorities to hold Mr Baca accountable for his actions.
