All American Mobile Detailing AAMD robbed me of $176.92 Lake Mary FL

I’m retired, living on a modest pension.  Please allow me to share my story with you.

In December, I phoned All American Mobile Detailing (AAMD), scheduled a detail job, and paid $176.92 – a lot of money for me.  Less than an hour later, I realized I had a schedule conflict, phoned AAMD, and cancelled the job.  AAMD promised a full refund ($176.92) within a couple of days.

It’s now late February and – after multiple phone calls, emails, excuses, and promises – AAMD has not refunded my money.

Further, I checked the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website for history on AAMD and, sure enough, found more than 50 identical complaints – AAMD refusal to refund payments.  The BBB has revoked AAMD's certification and given them a rating of F.  I filed a complaint with the BBB.  AAMD has thumbed its nose at the BBB, just as they did me.

Again, I’m a retired senior and $176.92 is a lot of money for me.  I’m sure there are many detail pros in your area who do good work.  Please don’t reward this bad behavior by doing business with AAMD.  Go to someone who is honest, ethical, and treats their customers with respect.
