All Fence Contractors Ibrahim Oquendo Leyva All Fence came gave us a quote then doubled the amount due even after I called them and asked to cancel. Cape Coral FL

We went thru hurricane Ian back on Sept 28 2022. We lost the fence and called All fence on Oct 8th asking them to come for a quote. They missed 3 different appointments all were no shows. I called and complained. Finally on Jan 2nd they showed up to do the quote. I waited until Jan 8th before calling them again asking where the quote was. It was sent by text later that day. That quote was $2177.

On Jan10th Ramon came back to the house and did another quote. This time it was $4200. I immediately sent him a text asking him why there was a $2000 difference in price. I was told that they would honor the original quote. My fault for not getting this in writing. 

Finally in February they came to do the fence. They came one day and replaced the fence poles. About a week later they finished the fence. I then started getting calls from the office of all fence claiming I owed an additional $2000. Classic bait and switch. They never intended on honoring the original quote. 

I then get a call from an irrate man (Ibrahim Oquendo Leyva) speaking broken English screaming at me and being horribly unprofessional. Last I checked you don't call someone and act like that when you want something. In the midst of the scream I asked him several times why I had 2 quotes and why I was being charged double for the fence. Ibrahim Oquendo Leyva said the 1st quote was a mistake. I asked how is a mistake on their part my fault? If the company sent an estimator to look at the fence you would think they'd know what they were doing. 

Ibrahim Oquendo Leyva told me that the 1st estiamtor was wrong in the sense that they could possibly reuse the fence that blew over. Again I am not the fence expert. I don't know what can be reused or not. Thing is no one ever went over that with me. A man who doesn't speak good English said he explained all this to my wife. So basically they didn't know I had an existing quote. When I made them aware they said "Oh no problem we can tear the other one up, we're sorry. Again my fault for not getting this in writing. 

One thing I want to say is through this whole thing Ibrahim Oquendo Leyva was unwilling to meet halfway or comprimise OVER  their mistake. In the end I ended up paying for the mistake. Ibrahim Oquendo Leyva was hell bent on being intimidating and screaming at me. I called the next day and asked him to come to my house and show me what the $2000 difference was. He said he wouldn't come back because we argued and he didn't feel comfortable? Really when you double the charge without my approval I'd be uncomfrotable too. 

Case in point do not use All Fence Contactors Cape Coral. Avoid Ibrahim Oquendo Leyva at all cost. He's a liar and doesn't honor the original quotes given by his employees. Bad experience!!!!
