On August 30 2002 there were two dish network cable TV techs that came to my home for the installation. But they have drilled three holes in my room with installing f81 connectors to two different rg6 cables inside my home very close to the drilled holes. I told them not to use f81 connectors because I will end up damaging the equipment by vacuuming my room and one of the two techs said as long as you don't touch it you should be fine. It's like they wanted to force me to mastur***e their equipment. I tried to put the f81 connectors outside for vacuum flooring but i got shocked and they overtighten it too. These two techs were hispanic but I don't know their names because the 2002 digital home plan agreement didn't include it which it has no good reason why not to include those names. Also you can't verify if the rg6 cables abd f81s  they used is ul approved. I contact dish and jessica vargas told me we don't have it and that was before david laslo gave me this 2002 digital home plan agreement which I really thank him for it. I see a claim ID number not sure if that's the tech ID number. Whoever creating the 2002 digital home plan agreement was a mickey mouse work because you can't get any leads of the techs once the retailer goes bankrupt which it did in 2011 or 2017. I also had another installation in 2004 and there were two techs which done a well job and they know what components are inside a dish network equipment. But the ones from 2002 did a hazardous job. I switched to directv in 2007 and the directv technician had a hard time removing the dish pro accessories and he almost got shocked too. I don't know how I'm supposed to reveal the two techs names in order to make a report about product safety.
