Allen Akopyan - AEA Marketing Agency Fails to Deliver Promised Results, Breaches Contract, and Deflects Responsibility Glendale California

I hired AEA Marketing Agency LLC, led by Allen Akopyan, to run a marketing campaign for my business, with a contractual guarantee of delivering 10 paying customers within 30 days of launching ads. The total cost of the campaign was $7,500. Despite fulfilling all onboarding requirements, attending scheduled meetings, and maintaining consistent communication, AEA Marketing failed to deliver even a single paying customer.

Section 8 of the contract explicitly guarantees a refund of the $7,500 service fee, along with an additional $1,000 performance guarantee, in the event of non-delivery. AEA Marketing has not honored this agreement. They also charged $506 directly to my card for ad spend, despite the contract stating that all ad costs would be covered by them.

The campaign itself was poorly executed, with minimal ad spend and no measurable results. When confronted about these issues, Allen deflected blame onto me, citing baseless claims of delays and non-compliance. These claims are entirely untrue, as I provided all requested access and complied with every requirement outlined in the contract.

While Allen presents himself as soft-spoken and sincere, the actions of AEA Marketing reflect a lack of accountability, failure to honor guarantees, and questionable business practices. Their refusal to resolve this matter in good faith has caused financial and reputational harm to my business.

In addition to requesting a refund of $7,500, the $1,000 performance guarantee, and reimbursement of the $506 ad spend charged to my card (totaling $9,006), I reserve the right to pursue damages of $125,000 for lost revenue.

Businesses deserve transparency, accountability, and results. My experience with AEA Marketing Agency LLC has been the opposite. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before working with this company.
