Allie Taylor Allison Welch Taylor Con Artist Scammed on Rent Leesburg Virginia

Allie Taylor, a realtor in Virginia, avoided paying rent BIG TIME causing me pain and monetary suffering.  She is very good at lying and her boyfriend, also on the lease, also failed to return any calls and disappeared when we desperately needed the rent money.  She told me she "forgot" to pay the rent and "thought she already paid it" and PROMISED to pay it ASAP.  

This woman is a PRO at lying - she had it all figured out.  When I told her I would have to file an eviction notice, (the first notice is the five-day intent to evict here in VA) she slipped and said "Oh I thought it was 30 days not five" She knows the game.  

She is a pro at dodging the calls and the texts and very dishonest.  All the more unethical since she is a licensed Realtor in the State of Virginia.
