Bought what was advertised as a Cartier piece. It was verified by him and his consignor as authentic he said and further said to take it to Cartier and if it is not authentic Ihe would refund money within 7 days. He is a seller on Live Auctioneers which is how communication began. I wired the money upon receipt of the invoice not realizing he was off LA site/not registered that sale.

I get not one, not two but three bracelets over this month since purchase each sent instead of refunding the money as each bracelet I took was told to me not authentic! each return was within 7 days and a demand for my monies back. he said return item and I will send money when it is received. I now sit with no refund, bracelets back and him telling me to sue his consignor who I do not know!

I wired money to his account and he is appearing to be working something out and waiting for the money from his consignor but this is not my issue. I sent money to him and he should refund per his company policy. Alarming that he is trying to pass off copies as authentic and played along that it was real and get Cartier to fix it (bracelet 2 fell screw fell out upon trying to open when I got it to try on and the whole mechanism came out!) He said go to Cartier and he would pay for repair and lo and behold when I went to Cartier they would not work on it because it was not authentic.

I tell him and he said to send back and he would refund. Now with holding the money claiming the bracelet is damaged beyond repair and won't give the money. Sends another and says it is to my satisfaction (supposidly real) but it is also not authentic. I asked for the refund and silence. so unprofessional and criminal. The money held is a larger amount indicative of buying a signed piece which is incresing the anger as this piece was not worth 1/4 of what was charged/paid.

The bracelet was fake and the mechanism shoddy because it is not real and the return was what his policy is and he had claimed there is never a problem getting money back. He is a cheat and liar and won't answer the phone. Initally said be patient because he was trying to work something out except he has my money and he sold fraudulant items and won't give me back my money. This is criminal. I continue to ask for my money back and he will not answer now. Fraud and lies. very disappointing and the fact that he remains selling on all the auction sites and they do not care is problematic.
