I bought a vaporizer for full price and less than a year it was defective they told me they would send me another one but charge me 495 to ship and $25 for a new one which was half price of the first one the second one wasn't working right they charge me 495 to ship it back they tested it and said nothing was wrong with it and sent mine back instead of replacing it which they said they would most likely do. Unfortunately after using it two times it got so hot it melted part of the mouthpiece which got stuck I took a picture and showed it to them they said they could send me another one for another $25.

This seems to be some sort of a scam intentionally sending out bad product only to keep buying it over and over.
