All this started with getting an invitation (through my Facebook) to watch a 1 hour “free music class” online. When you click the invitation link, it takes you to a page(https://www.pianoforproducers.com), asking to enter your email address and name. After that it’s asking you to schedule your free class by selecting date and time for a "live webinar" which by the way I found out afterwards, that it's just a pre recorded video.

In this video, the seller (Niko Kotoulas) explains how you can easily make music using (Niko's MIDI Pack) for $37.00, that can be purchased from his website right after the webinar ends. In addition he claims that no experience in music is needed to create music using this package(which was a big lie by the way). Also later on in this "webinar" he explains that you have nothing to lose since there's a 14 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with this product.

Long story short, I attempted to purchase his product thinking I would be able to easily produce remixes without having any experience in music, as he promised in his webinar.

While I was ready to check out and pay, a pop up showed and asked to add (Official Remix Masterclass) for additional $17.00, and another product (The Ultimate MIDI Pack) for additional $97.00, in order to get the most out of his first package. Also these stuff had 14 days money back guarantee. So I ended up paying a total amount of $151.00 for the whole thing.

After completed payment, I received a message confirming with the following message:

Thank You!

Your order is complete...

Your downloads may take 15 - 30 minutes to hit your inbox. In the meantime check out the FREE training below this.

I waited 2 hours and no downloads were received yet. I sent an email to the seller and asked for explanation.  He then sent me the download links and a link to the official Remix Masterclass. I downloaded the packages and logged into the  Official Remix Masterclass. The more I watched the master class video, the more confused I became about how this product is working and how to use it.

I reached out to the seller after trying for one whole day to figure out how to use his product. He replied after a long time and said he will walk me through it. He asked what kind of software I was using and i gave him information about what I was using. He then asked me to give him some time to send me the instructions. After a day, he still didn’t reply and I got back to him to see if he had any updates for me. He said he was asking some DJ friends for help and he still is waiting for them to respond. After 3 days not only he wasn’t able to help me, but also he wouldn’t say anything until I asked again "what was going on??"

At the end he said my situation was too complicated, so I asked for a refund as he promised a 14 days money back guarantee. He then tried to convince me to refund only one of the products, but I asked for a full refund since I wasn’t able to use any of his products, and all of the products I purchased, were promised to have a 14 days money back guarantee.

He then agreed to make a full refund. after a couple hours he sent me an email and told me that he has refunded my money. He suggested to wait a few days till I can see the refund in my PayPal account.

After a couple more hours he sent me another email and said that my PayPal wasn’t working. so he asked for my PayPal email address. I gave him my PayPal address and that was it. I never heard back from him. I attempted to reach him again by sending 2-3 emails, and he never replied.

I then filed a dispute through my papal and explained the situation. after more than a week I got refunded for one product only and the case for other products was closed in his favor.

I reached back to PayPal and explained everything in detail with screen shots of our complete conversation through email and they opened the case now, knowing that they misunderstood me because this guy didn’t tell them the whole story.

Customer Sabotage

AUTHOR: Customer Support @ PianoForProducers.com - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, June 10, 2021

Unfortunately, this review does not add up & is an attempt to sabotage our company. There is no claim of a live webinar in our history of PianoForProducers.com. We do not have a webinar for the product Niko's MIDI Pack nor do we claim to have one, nor is there an e-mail optin to get Niko's MIDI Pack.

This customer also commented on over 79 posts on our Facebook page threatening us and Niko directly. He or she purchased over $100 worth of products, and asked for immediate refund without following our refund policy. The customer was banned from the Faceboko platform.

To see thousands of positive reviews, we suggest checking out Niko's YouTube channel and reading the comments section.
