We sold this company a higher end color label printing system with high end rewinding adapters too.  they were going to be using this machine alot. Even the initial sale had issues when they falsly complained abut issues that were not true at all.  That was our first red flag and we finally received payment for the printer and initial order. 

They called constantly for support that we kindly gave and we always used a credit card.  I am assuming they ran out of credit cards to use.  After Randy begged for terms we reluctantly complied to help his business. What he did was help himself to our custom labels and ink for their color label printer. He said he had a new partner coming in to help out with his business and that he would get us up to date after 90 days of being over due. 

Then it went "crickets" and he stopped responding and we have heard a former partner is suing him too.   Just want people to know we are dealing with an upstanding person here.  whether you are selling him or he is selling you i would be very careful before committing to this deadbeat.  Seems he has a history and one I wish I knew about before hand or I would have left him alone or just keep with his credit card.   

it has been a half year or more now and he is not man enough to even discuss what he has done to a small business.  He seems to be trouble to deal with and I recommend anyone looking to work with Randy to walk away before he takes advantage of you as well.
