I originally purchased from Mrs. Lawrence because she was offering "her" human hair silk blended wigs. I have since found out that these wigs are not her design as she claims. She is taking other merchants' wigs (synthetic wigs), cutting the tags out, claiming that they are her own design, repackaging them, claiming that they are a human hair blend, and more than trippling the price. And she will not refund money for wigs that she cannot ship to you, only issuing store credit. When questioned about any of this, she blocks us and steals our store credit. I and several others have proof of these claims. I am seeking refunds for every dime I sent to her (including credits earned) for misrepresentation buy way of fraud, price gouging, and preying on the emotions of those of us turning to alternative hair due to medical and/or self-esteem issues and our lack of knowledge for her own financial gain.
