Amanda Baker of Body Effects Massage requested a photoshoot which she promised to pay for or trade services for. It has been over 1 year since she made this agreement and has not fulfilled anything she said she would and is using the photographs we took on her website, social media, online marketing materials, and digital marketing posts - all without payment, permission and copyright. We have sent her payment reminders for over a year, followed by a cease and decist, all of which she has entirely ignored while continuing to use photographs which she failed to pay for.

Excuse me, as my ex boy friend where I have work for you either on crap commission to free, you now want to turn around and claim I owe you for photos?.... Chump shot!.... produce an invoice that is prior to the date of your "complaint posting" let alone any verbal agreement on such, since I worked for you for free too, in fact you had me pay you back some, which I did, but shouldn't have since I did extra work you don't want to give me credit for, just like the last time you did when we broke up. And false cease and desist claim, as false as your age and "body type" on your dating profile. You really need to stop seeking negative forms of attention.
