I placed my order with Amazing Canvas Prints on February 3, 2025. Well over 30 business days ago. Purchase price $406.25 after a discount. To be delivery to my house in the US.
At 30 + business days and counting, I have yet to receive any proactive status updates from the company. Nor have I received any form of response from them to the numerouse attempts I have made (phone calls, emails, text, website customer service form) regarding my request for order status update. At least 12 attempts to contact them up to 3/21/25 with no response.
100% no communication from them other than the initial thank you email for giving them my money on Feb 3, 2035. They appear to have a long history of no response based on reviews from other customers I am now reading. Shame on Trevor and Cindy (Amazing Canvas Print).
I have since been forced to leave a review here, file an FTC complaint, file BBB complaint & review, and file an official dispute to recover my money - which is still ongoing.
Please stay far away from Amazing Canvas Prints. They are clearly dealing in fraudulent business practices.

FORGET THE BBB with all their PHONEY BALONEY! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement entity and has ZERO POWER to order any business to do anything or enforce any laws. The ONLY purpose of the BBB with all their PHONEY BALONEY is to SELL their useless ratings to any business willing to PAY THE PRICE! That is why there's a "GET A QUOTE" option on the BBB-BS web page. The BBB is a PAY FOR PLAY con-game. That complaint you made to the PHONEY BALONEY BBB is now a sales lead and they will badger that business into BUYING THEIR USELESS RATING. Your time is much better spent lodging complaints with REAL agencies which can do something rather than expecting something from and BBB. THE BBB.....CHOKING ON THE STENCH OF THEIR OWN CON-GAME!
