The Amazon Corporate Headquarters Didn't send merchandise that I paid for, Seattle Washington

I ordered two orders on Amazon.com on October 3rd 2021 4 dumble RV slide-out stabilizers which it states it was delivered on 10-15 -2021 but the delivery confirmation is in a town that I do not live. I never received the merchandise and Amazon and the credit card company will not help me resolve this issue. So if you shop amazon.com you will buy stuff and then you may not get what you paid for? The first order cost $40.19 with a charge of $3.86 for tax total was $44.05 the second order I made online at amazon.com was ordered on September 23rd 2021 the charge was $33 .99 with a charge of $3.26 for tax total was $37.25

Order date was on September 23rd 2021 (they claimed it was received on October 1st 2021) which it was not received. I requested a refund on 10 -20-2021 and Amazon and the seller won't reply and won't fix this issue of the merchandise that I paid for that I did not receive.

After spending over 16 hours on the phone trying to find out what they did with my order? I just keep getting the phone maze and they're wasting my time and are aggravating me enough where I'm going to cancel my prime membership. I never had to spend 40 hours going shopping trying to fix what they did not deliver.

And when calling Amazon I was never spoken to like that before my life with such disrespect.

And you pay for Amazon 2-day prime delivery and it takes 2- months to get the items delivered. If Amazon wants to make this problem right? they can contact me and I will supply them with the delivery confirmation that they delivered four towns over from me. But they don't have a physical address of where they mailed it too, just a town.

When I shop at walmart.com, I've never had a problem like this. I order stuff online and I get the merchandise.
