Stay away! These thieves stole thousands from us! William from Amazzia committed chargeback fraud twice, months apart, for work they have been actively using for months now. We were going to chalk the first instance of fraud up to a casualty of working with someone shady, but the second time they committed chargeback fraud pushed us to take this to court to recoup money stolen through chargeback fraud and referring Amazzia’s fraud to authorities for criminal investigation and prosecution.
In 16 years of business, William from Amazzia is the shadiest character we’ve ever encountered. Don’t be fooled by initial conversations with William, he can go from super reasonable to super shady at the drop of a hat and make knowing misleading statements when it serves him financially.
Do not let these thieves steal your money like they did to us. Stay away!

Both parties were able to reach a settlement and amicable resolution. While outcome was not desirable, it was cheaper than going to arbitration.
