American Automobile Assocation AAA AAA Autoclub of Missouri AAA St Louis Insurance AAA Towed my vehicle to a repair shop. My F150 truck was damaged on the exterior and the valet key is missing replaced with a dodge ram key Heathrow Florida

After 27 years of paying for a permium membership and recieving in exchange problems I did not have prior to utilizing AAA St Louis AAA Insurance and Members Serivces.

I cancelled my membership with AAA Auto Club of Missouri membership today. Both Angie, AAA Customer Service Agent and Amra Kalender where very kind and compassionate to assist me cancel my membership and obtain a refund for the premium membership I just paid. It is unfortunate the AAA company has no managers that care or will do their jobs to resolve issues AAA created. In January, I utilized my AAA Premium Membership emergency road side assistance and contacted AAA. It was a nightmare and I regret having this membership and using it. My vehicle was towed by St Louis Towing - the drivers name was Anthony. St Louis Towing is the company AAA Auto Club of Missouri contracts out for emergency road side towing. AAA's new system is now all automated so you wont' get to talk to a human being and they make you wait while AAA sends you text messages informing you of constant delays. When call or go into the Watson Road office, there are never any managers available to assist. They all appear to be hiding. I guess it is their new system to provide horrible service and then hide so they won't have to deal with it. I could not wait all day so I left a copy of my drivers license along with a copy of my AAA membership card, address of where to tow the truck. The tow truck driver took a copy of my drivers license with him and did not give it to the mechanic or leave it in my vehicle. The Police Officer I filed a report to stated he should have never accepted it and should have returned it to me. My valet key was stolen and the theif replaced it with a Dodge Ram Key. I have damage to the exterior of my F150 truck from the tow. Anthony Hutchings, the St Louis Operations Manager, admitted fault and offered to reprogram my keys but that does not prevent someone from getting inside my vehicle so that solution is not acceptable. Mr. Hutchings refused to repair the exterior damage done to my vehicle forcing me to file a claim with my insurance company. You will not get any managers to assist you should you have a similar problem. I will be filing a law suit in St Louis County Court for damages against AAA for the deductibles I am forced to pay. My insurance company sold me a policy for $9 / year for the same service AAA Auto Club of Missouri provides. Stay far away from the AAA Auto Club of Missouri. They are not the same company they used to be and are run by managers who hide from customers and won't help if you have issues. Natalia from Customer Service was very rude and not helpful. I do not recommend AAA insurance either. I had it for several properties I owned and cancelled the insurance finally after dealing with their incompetent and rude agents.
