Extremely Disappointing and Misleading

I strongly advise others to avoid American Dream Auto Protect. In my experience, this company operates in bad faith. Despite paying for a warranty policy, every single claim I've submitted has been denied — often using fine print or technicalities as an excuse, even in situations that were urgent and clearly covered.

Most recently, I had to complete a necessary repair before getting their so-called “authorization” due to time-sensitive safety concerns. Instead of understanding the situation, they denied the claim again and fell back on contract language to avoid responsibility.

This is not protection — it’s a pattern of denial and avoidance. They sell you the idea of peace of mind, but when something actually goes wrong, they’re nowhere to be found with meaningful support.

Save your money and protect your vehicle elsewhere. This company has not lived up to its promises and, in my opinion, functions like a scam.
