Darren and Ron Frank + More; they have brought in executives whom are participating in the scam. they have been found in markham & vancouver Canada and they have continued the same recipe of ripping people off under a new banner. Metro Connect International. They have bilked money out of pensioners, students, contractors, families whom are in a terribly difficult place financially right now. They have hurt many lives including the lives of children through the parents they have bilked. There are a lot of stock holders whom are finding out more about each other and how they have bilked by them. Their network runs deep and they have a contingent of people participating in their scam. The details of their exploits over the last ten years seems to be similar to what was done in the USA in the steel building industry.

with doing some digging we have found that multiple suits were launched by shareholders in 2021 on ioticiti\metro connect international.
This is all public disclosure out of the bc courts and you can go do some digging for yourself.
this clearly demonstrates that all parties were complicit and didnt bother to tell any of the shareholders, the ioticiti staff and continued fund raising post this suit.
what were they scared of? they should have just come out and been forthright with everyone.
this explains the lack of minutes or agm's over the last number of years.

"I attended their fancy office in the penthouse suite 900 which is hidden away at 100 allstate parkway. lou g, jordan g and darren presented to me; i made a large investment, there have been no updates for years despite frequent calls asking for updates... or when i do get an answer i normally get ill call you next week... I dont know what to do next and am looking for help in this matter with lawyers"

This shareholder had their family money which was kept for their kids educations and emergency funds for the entire family. This investment has put these people in a dire position family.
These people at metro connect international shouldnt be allowed to just run and hide.
