American Tax Service Misleading Sales Tactics Fraudulent Tax Resolution Las Vegas, Nevada

I'm June of 2023 we were contacted by American Tax Service to help resolve back taxes from 2012 thru 2022. We signed a service agreement and they had us take out a $4,600 loan to pay them.  A few months later we received a phone call from ATS saying the IRS had agreed to a "no doc" settlement of $24,975 . So they had us take a loan out to cover the one time settlement.   Then we could not get our case managers to call us, because we had 3 in less than 9 months, and all they would do was ask for Information to file 2021 and 2022 taxes which we provided proof that those had already been filed.  After many frustrating months and several notices from the state and IRs we contacted an attorney out of Florida.  They found out that nothing but a power of attorney had been filed by ATS and that absolutely no settlement had been reached. Turns out the additional loan was for 5 years of future tax filing services. This company is a complete fraud. Please record all phone conversations you have with them. And make sure to get everything in writing before signing it.  I have filed complaints with the state of GA and NV about this company.
