Dealing with David and Emma is a complete nightmare. Poor communication, if any at all. Lies from the start. They took us for over $2000 between the so called web design, that we later found out they stole from another web designer, hosting which was inadequate, and plug ins that were overcharged. Their "portfolio" is a collection of pictures NOT ACTUAL SITES that they claim to have created.

Found out they were all taken form other web design sites and not actually their own work. The website creation took them 6 months to bring to us, and still was incomplete.

Now, theyve resorted to insulting us by email instead of giving us the refund that they CLAIM to offer, yet when you want a refund they refuse.  Bait and switch on that too! I have a screenshot of them offering a 100% satisfaction money back guarantee, then they will send you a link to their REAL refund policy which is that there is none.
