When I checked in I found out there was no towels no toilet paper and no remote control for the television. I complained numerous times about this to management and staff and was told that they would bring those items over but never did. Funny I've read similar complaints about that company. On top of that there were bed bugs and they wouldn't move me until 3:00 the next day. Absolutely ridiculous.
Then they double charged my card one of the days that I was there. When I found out about it and asked for a refund they pretended like they didn't know anything about it. Since the first day was a nightmare I'll ask for a refund for that also. They were charging $80 per night so that's $160.
