Worst Hotel Experience — Avoid at All Costs! I’ve stayed at many hotels ranging from luxury to budget-friendly, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The room was in terrible condition — the sheets and towels looked dirty and worn, the bathtub appeared unclean, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The mini fridge had a strong odor and visible black mold, making it unusable for storing any food or drinks. I was uncomfortable even setting my belongings down. Customer service was also poor. Communication was difficult, and the front desk staff came across as rude and unhelpful when I brought up my concerns. Overall, this hotel felt completely neglected and unhygienic. I do not recommend staying at Americas Best Value Inn in Fredericksburg, Virginia under any circumstances. There are much better options nearby — spend your money elsewhere.
