I was setting up optional features on the web site & mistakenly placed a permanent ban on a main feature. They told me there was no way to correct this. I then tried to set up a new account & planed to transfer. My account balance of about $50 to the new account. They suspended both accounts. When I contacted support they said that they had taken my money in partial payment for a disputed transaction from 3/25/2024 and we're demanding an additional $22,27 I have made repeated deposits to the account (3 in Aug) and this is the 1st time they have made this claim. There. Responses have just been a repeat. They refuse to provide a statement. Of my account which is a standard option if I had access to my account
