America's INN- Williamsburg over charged me for a hotel room that was filthy dirty Williamsburg Virginia

I went to this hotel to rent a room for one night and they gave me this room that was filthy dirty. there was no carpet on the floor, the bed had not been made, the bath room had blood stain or something stained all over the shower curtain and the toilet was nasty with not toilet paper. There were no clean towels or wash cloths, no trash can for trash and so, I went to complain to management asking for another room and he gave me another room that someone was already staying in because there were dirty towels and clothes laying on the floor of the bathroom and there were no sheets on the bed.

I was so upset that I left the room went strait to the office and told them to give me my money back and I told them why. They did credit my money back but, I just want peolple to know that this place is not fit to be in business and no one should have to stay there under those nasty conditions. For $75.00 a night I expect a clean room and it was not! I got out of there and I will never go back again.
