Tomasz Janeczko has been accused of racism in the past.
Follow this articule:
https://rakesh-jhunjhunwala.in/tag/tomasz-janeczko/
He is owner of http://www.amibroker.com
Tomasz Janeczko, the founder of Amibroker, a popular trading software, has levelled the allegation that there is “shockingly high piracy in India”. His allegation has been termed as “racist” by his loyal user base
After I paid him $599 for a finance software, he proceeded to sell me randsomware software. The software was tried in multiple computers, and it was never stable. However, on windows *(7 (old operating system), inside a virtual macine, some sort of software was preventing the license from running.
I also had a technical issue OLE error 80004002
So in Windows 10, the issue was related to OLE (I don't know what OLE is).
WHen contacted Tomasz Janeczko, regaridng OLE error, he inmediately replied that are using hate spech?
I don't know where that came from.
Anyway, I wanted to try this on a Windows 8 virtual machine, and I though the software had a licensing issue because the operating system was old. SO I uninstalled the Amibroker software, used a registry clearner, and to my surprise the same error showed up again. The software didn't even ask me for my license key.
I requested my money back, and he told me once they issue a copy, it cannot be refunded. They do offer a trial, but trial works because it's fre of randsomware or worms.
I didn't understand why the same error happend twice, so Mr. Tomasz Janeczko told me that
1) He will keep the money
2) He will send me a file CheckAndFix.zip
3) He confessed he doesn't know what computer I have
4) He confessed this software will install something more on my computer and lock the software even more and then will show me a code,
5) After the code, I have to go email him and he will then unlock the software, or better said, he keeps the money, and now my computer has malware, and unless I download that dangerous software and give him the key, and go through the humilliating process of confessing I stole his software that I paid $599 for, then he would not let me uninstall this malware
SO, I had no choice but to download the software, but Firefox blocked me.
This anti malware also was catched as apotential security risk.
These are the instructions:
MPORTANT: Note this is SINGLE USE link, it will expire after single download !
DO NOT use "download managers" to download the file as they attempt to download multiple times.
ALSO: Use Firefox or Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.
Google Chrome is BAD as it attempts to download TWICE.
Save it to your local disk, UNZIP it, then change the file name extension
from .renamed_ext to .exe
(I had to rename it as otherwise it would be deleted by your e-mail account),
and then RUN the CheckAndFix program.
My request is
1) No software should install spyware, malware, randsomeware, or any other hidden file that prevents legitimate users from uninstalling, and reinstalling the software, and using the key that they just purchased.
If any software malfunctions, AmiBroker should ask user for a diagnostic because assuming user X did X Y Z.
Users should have the right to ask for refund if they cannot use and install the software they paid for.
Users should not have to install anti randsomeware "CHeckAndFix", as this file seems verydangerous and FIrefox blocks the download.
ALso, it is very suspicious Mr Tomasz Janeczko states that the "CheckAndFix" cannot be downloaded inGoogle Chrome. Perhaps because Google CHrome will also block the dangerous key for the randsomware.
