Ample Foods Took payment without delivering product and did not provide refund Fairfax California

On 6/15/24, I purchased 48 bottles of Ample low-carb meal shake for $432 (order 1110057, transaction ID 5XL264087D607294A). I ordered without realizing they were out of stock. They took money from my account immediately and said it would be delivered in Q3. I never received the order and I emailed Leo from customer service again on 9/17/24. He said delivery was delayed until Q4.  When I asked for a refund, I received an email confirming order cancelation on 9/27/25 but I never received a refund in my Paypal or bank account. When I told them I didn't receive the refund, Leo said he would contact their "financial department" on 1/9/25. I never received my refund and Leo stopped responding to my emails as of 1/13/25 when he said he didn't expect delivery until Q1 (even though I canceled by order). On 1/22/25, I asked Leo for a response and refund  by 1/25/25 or said that I would file complaints through consumer protection agencies.
