I received a letter from this company stating that I owed their creditor an amount that did not match my records.  The creditors name is T-Moblie.  They tried to get me to settle the account form a small savings.  I agreed at first but had asked if I could work out a payment plan.

They would not accept my payment plan, their words actually were "this is not an honorable amount"., very unprofessional company.  They spoke to me in such a rude manner.  First it was the representative who was rude, so I had asked for the manager, who was Doug Groebe, a collections manager, When I tried to get his information, he flat out refused to give me his extenstion.

I thought this was very odd and a red flag.  I never encounter speaking with a company who refused to give u their information as who u are talking to and how to contact them in the future if u have questions as the consumer.

I then proceeded to ask for validation of the debt., because the amount they were asking was incorrect.

Then they said that would take 60 days.  I said okay.  After that phone call., they drafted my checking account for $107.61 without my authorization.  This company is a total ripoff.  They will not validate the debt but still trying to get funds.  I had given them my information on a previous call hoping they would work something out with me.  That was a mistake.  They are not  interested in anything the consumer has to offer or say.

This company should be out of business.   I will not work with them ever again.  They need to be reported and suspended accordingly.  It is against the law to take peoples money without their consent.

Lastly, I did contact T-mobile and explained my fustration.  They instructed me to validate the debt and they could not help me.  Fustrating all the way around.

Why did you give your account info?

How could they charge your bank account? Did you give them your banking info? Seems that you shouldn't have done that.
