I began financing options with Nick Cary a representative for Amur financial in grand island Nebraska and was totally lied too during and after the process. The commercial truck was purchased for 45k in early 2022 and I specifically asked Nick Cary if the vehicle had a prepayment penalty. He repsonded no but the loan would need to be "paid in full". My understanding of paid in full was the 45k purchase price as anyone would. After requesting a payoff quote it stated 66k because Amur financial is now adding all interest upfront to the payoff making it impossible payoff or sell the truck that is now worth 40k. This company it the bottom of the bottom and I was told this by numerous others after I completed the loan. Do not do business with them. I'm disgusted with the lies and what they did to me with this and I don't want anyone else to fall for there lies

Let me see...when it came time to SIGN the contract, did you have this guy stick out his tongue and you signed the tongue??? YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT which meant YOU agreed to ALL THE TERMS as it was written. What did that contract say about interest computation? What did that contract say about any pre-payment penalty? Oh yes, you don't know because YOU NEVER READ THAT CONTRACT, did you? What in the hell is wrong with you people? What that guy said DOESN'T MATTER. It was the CONTRACT which mattered and you didn't even have the COMMON SENSE to READ what you were agreeing to BEFORE you signed it! Go ahead and get mad. Call me any name you want but what you and countless others do in regard to NOT reading what you are agreeing to is absolutely, positively incredible!!!
