Anaconda Fightwear Galvanize Marketing Ltd Tusklogic Convuluted return policy Internet

I purchased two Anaconda Fightwear shoulder braces directly from their website. The product did not work out for me so I contacted them via the only avenue available which is via email. Their policy requests the buyer send photos of the merchandise purchased and to include the order number. No order number was ever provided and you don't even set up an account when you order one of their products via their website. They did not provide an order number and it doesn't even show I ordered any merchandise from them.

I provided the photos of the product to be returned and I submitted the UPC which was on the packaging since I was never provided an order number. I never received a response back from Anaconda Fightwear once I submitted what they requested so I contacted my original payment method which was Paypal to open a dispute with Anaconda Fightwear.

Paypal is the only place where I have actual proof of my order. On my Paypal account where it shows the order,  Anaconda Fightwear is not shown as the merchant, but it shows my order was with Galvanize Marketing Ltd and another company by the name of Tusklogic is mentioned. If I try to research Anaconda Fightwear, Galvanize Marketing Ltd or Tusklogic, I come up empty handed on either a phone number or address to contact them directly. I only have an email, which they do not respond to.

When I initially purchased the items, I paid $63.95 which included shipping costs. On the dispute I opened with Paypal, a representative finally reponded to the dispute and I was told they approve the return, but I have to pay the shipping costs. The only leverage I currently have with any of these entities is I still am in possession of the two shoulder braces. How am I to trust this unprofessional company who does not respond to emails, does not provide an order number and there is no proof from their website that I ever ordered anything? How can I be sure if I return the items I will actually receive my refund.  Also, if I paid $63.95 for the two braces which included shipping costs, why am I now being told I am responsible for the shipping costs to return the merchandise? They did not hold up their end of the bargain in the first place by not providing an order number or any proof on their end that I purchased the items. What's to make me believe they will provide any refund whatsoever?  If I had ordered their products on Amazon and not directly through their website, I would have been able to return the items and not be required to pay shipping. Not only would they have their merchandise back by now, but I would have received a full refund at this point. The purchase was made May 16 2025 and it is currently July 14, 2025 and I'm still waiting to hear back and receive a reasonable response from Anaconda Fightwear.

They have the absolute worst customer service and their communication is non-existant. They are not transparent since they do not provide a physical address or phone number to contact them. I'm not asking for anything other than a full refund and for Anaconda Fightwear to pay the shipping costs. I will even accept if they agree to pay half of the shipping costs. 

I did a google research on Anaconda Fightwear and it appears I'm not the only one who is frustrated with their lack of responsiveness and their non existant return policy. In fact, a representative with Paypal said there are several open disputes with Anaconda Fightwear.

I am tired of doing all this work to receive my refund.
