Anand Bhatt Sonic Wave Scam me OakPark VA

I was contacted by  Anand Bhatt he called me in 2004 he heard a song I wrote and recorded called Party Harty he asked me if I wanted to do an album with him I said yes and I sent him over some more songs he said it will be ready in another month. He did not ask me to come to the studio to put music with the other songs I wrote and when he sent me the cd only one song had music on it and it was Party Harty.

After he sent me that CD I tried to contact him I called and he would not pick the phone up I texted several times over the next months but he would not respond. That CD was terrible the name of it is JUVE. He sold copies and he never gave me any of the money. I felt embarassed by what he put out to sale.

He was suppose to let me come in and record but he did not do that I can speak about it now because it do not hurt as much now. It took me 6 months to realize that he scammed me and he was trying to put any kind of music out to get money.

The name of the album was JUVE By Tonga Coleman still on Amazon. I do want to sue him I am stronger now. People who bought that album thought I was trying to put anything out to get money. He ruined my good name. I am ready to take action.
