Anchored tiny homes is a clown show. The 2 main owners know nothing about construction. One of them sold insurance according to his instagram. Having this company build our ADU was a mess from start to finish. It took over 18 monts just to get the job completed and pooly done. Every person that worked on the job was just some guy that was sourced out to do the work. Delay after delay it continued. Then came the subs leins against my property! For non-payment for thier work! ATH can't even afford to pay thier subs after the work is completed. But the onwers have no problem posting thiere lavish vacations on line while the work force suffers. What kind of S**T show is this company? My concerns were always deverted to someone else. Colton or Austin never had decency to speak or call me back. Spineless! I will never recommend their services to anyone. How on earth would someone ever consider buying a franchise from these clowns is beyond me. Dont believe for one minute thier testimoinals they probably paid for them. This company is a Scam! Find someone else to use. There are plenty of more reputable Construction firms out there. Sadly I did not do my reasearch. Take a look on the BBB web site

I fully understand your frustration! A customer should not just get what they bought, but a little more service than expected. That's what great Customer Service is all about. I do want to make one correction and that is in reference to the BBB or more commonly known as the BBB-BS. Whatever PHONY RATING they have with the BBB and all their phony baloney, all it takes for this company to get their "A+" PHONY RATING is to BUY it! The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body. They call themselves "the bureau" for deception purposes. They have absolutely ZERO POWER to enforce ANY business laws or force any business to do anything. Their ONLY purpose in life is to SELL their PHONY RATINGS and their PHONY ACCREDITATIONS. If this company bought into the BBB con-game, they would get their "A" PHONY RATING and all those complaints would go away. The BBB with all their BS likes to say, "It Starts With Trust" and they are correct. You CANNOT TRUST the BBB-BS. Its a very obvious PAY-FOR-PLAY scheme well known by any person who's been in business longer than 15 minutes!.
