I contacted Andersen for custom window manufacturing and installation. They promised high-quality materials and timely delivery. After receiving the initial payment, the company delayed production several times without clear explanations.

When I tried to follow up, the communication became inconsistent. Eventually, they stopped responding to emails and phone calls completely. I have not received the products or a refund. Attempts to resolve the issue amicably were unsuccessful.

Their website is still active, and it seems they continue to offer services to new clients. I want to warn others to avoid similar experiences.
