Dean Andres of Windthorst Saskatchewan is hiring pilot car companies in the United States (North Dakota)and not paying them! He put a $500 deposit down with a fraudulent credit card. After the work was completed, the card wouldn't go through and he will not pay his remaining bill. I heard from his employee that Dean Andres frequently does this to companies. Very disgusting and sickening. We even got a bolt in our tire doing the work but kept on going! He don't care who he steps on so beware! His driver was hauling a load from Lemmon, South Dakota to Fortuna, North Dakota for Gooseneck Implement. We were the pilot car company that escorted the load.
Please beware of Dean Andres of Windthorst Saskatchewan! He made his driver go off of the permit also. We did not follow suit. Worst attitude ever and don't care who he steps on.
