Andrew Demaio of Las Vegas is currently being investigated for numerous financial fraud cases. Andrew is accused of taking money from lenders/investors, using their funds to finance his lifestyle and repay earlier debts.
He cons victims by portraying himself as successful; driving luxury vehicles, wearing expensive watches and clothing which are paid for by money stolen from lenders. Andrew Demaio will make promises to make payments only to cancel each time.
He will give various dollar amounts that he intends to repay, only to cancel at the last minute. Each time he will come up with a different excuse and ask for more time. Eventually he will stop contact altogether and avoid the person he owes money to.
