I've tried 3 times now (between my wife and I) to have them come and fill in the damage their plowing did to my frontyard. Each time they said they would be there but those date/times came and went with you not showing up. In one text between myself and APS I was told "sorry for the delay, its been busy here and we are shorthanded." Your contract line item 1.9 states: "contractor agrees to make repairs to lawn at seasons end" (it is now june 19th) "for the cost of materials (topsoil, seed) for any damages directly related to plowing by contractor."

All I want is my lawn fixed. It will take 30 minutes of your time to fill in the small pond & level the mounds made by the plow, with dirt then seed& cover with hay.
