Andy Nguyen, of the Department of Public Social Services has made it very difficult for me and my two children to continue to receive food aid during the Corona virus pandemic.  He forgot to mail our card, he missed our appointment, then attempted to turn off our Cal Fresh benefits on purpose and he turned off our Medical insurance.  His actions should be considered as crimes against human rights.  My neighbors, which were single adult men would get hundreds of dolars in food aid but me and my two children were denied this basic human right during a pandemic lockdown because Andrew Nguyen decided I should not get it.  

The office of the Department of Public Social Services has done nothing about our complaints and has left me and my two children to survive on our own during this pandemic.
