We went to Mr Stanislav Baev home at 67 Ave S in Brooklyn Ny a few weeks ago with the intention of adopting a kitten that we had seen on his webpage, They were advertised for $200 dollars  each, Which was fine.

When we arrived at his home he came to the door, there was a smell of urine and other odors upon entering the premise as soon as we walked in, He said please show me the money first before we proceed. I thought that was alittle strange but I figured maybe people have wasted his time in the past so we did, I took out two one hunded dollar bills and he said, That cover the kitten, However there are other fees that are involved with the adoption process.  I asked him why didnt he disclose that during our phone converstaion, He replied in a very rude tone, I dont have time to explain everything to everyone who calls or emails me about the prices and fees.

I asked him how much more is it going to cost now and he gave me some story about fees for his company and I had to pay a extra $120 for this fee and $45 for that. I asked him why the extra charges and he said because he is a animal rescue he could charge other fees and does not have to disclose them until he is rehoming a animal.

So a $200 kitten became a $365 kitten without ever informing us of any hidden charges until my daughter fell in love with the litte one.  Bascially running a scam on people in the name of animal rescue. Not to ,mention the premise was dirty and unkempt with cats,  and dog feces strewn about the house. This place is not a animal rescue, Its a man peddling cats/dogs puppies and kittens and charging people retail prices and running a scam plain and simple.  This guy is basically using animals to line his pockets and defraud people online who are looking to save a life, He is exploiting animals to further his own monetary gain.
