I hired a "trusted pro" to replace a few light fixtures in my house. The "pro" was scheduled for 9:00am. I received a text saying that she wouldn't be there , but she was sending another pro at noon. The other person, who I have no contractural relationship with, spent 3 hours attempting to install fixtures.

One is hanging out of the ceiling and the one in the living room was partially done with the connections hanging out of the ceiling. He asked my wife if she knew how to install the tract lighting. He said he would come back the next day and finish. The next day was a no show. I will need to hire another electrician to review and finish his work. My credit card was charged for this. I am disputing the charge.
