Ann Imhoff Everett Communications Promised me a set price and hasn't followed through with it. Holt Michigan

Ann promised me a 2 year locked in price if i signed with her company to get direct tv and viasat internet.  Come to find out there is a price increase after 12 months with direct tv and my price has increased after 3 months with viasat.  Ann promised referral checks if we gave a name and they signed on. Which she did not follow through with. 

Said she would cancel my previous services and took to long and i was double billed.  Lied to my previous tv provider and said i was dead to get me out of a contract.  Ann promised to always be there and stay in contact and i have not heard from her after numerous attempts.  Called the office to say i was double billed and that i had let them know 10 days before. 

They said they would send me a check.  Never saw it.  This company went through my neighbor hood and sold a pack of lies to get our business and are not being held accountable for it.  Once they sign you up with direct and viasat they don't take responsibility and you have to deal with viasat and direct which gets you no where. 

I have filed with the BBB, waited 30 days for a response and nothing.  I have emailed the company and stated that i waned all ties cut with them and out of both services they mislead me into signing for. They have failed to responed. Why should they? It seams they don't have to because nothing is going to happen to them.  What a shame.
