I left this review on their Google, also wanted to drop it off over here. Then they replied with a BS reply. Read in full before doing business.

Good at A/C stuff but they are absolutely terrible at thermostats. This experience was rough boys. 

I had paid for a thermostat to get installed but originally I wanted them to use their own equipment obviously for warranty reasons. I have e-mails confirming the price of the item & labor would be $404. 

The guy had 2 Sensi thermostats that didn't work so we were forced to use mine from Amazon.

Now that mine is giving me issues I had the company (Sensi) send me an upgraded unit to me house at no charge but these guys want to charge me for another service visit to install it.

Keep in mind the Sensi customer service support told me the C-wire voltage might not be where it needs to be so that's why I'm having all these issues to where my thermostat falls offline and continues to go through premium batteries like it's nothing. I've had to replace the batteries 3 times in 4 months.

The old thermostat never had this issue.

I maybe had to change batteries once every 3 years. Not a good experience with Anthony James heating and air. Check the screenshots

I love their reply to my Google review which is completely false and fabricated. 

Hello Allen, for full disclosure your missing part of the story. I gave you a quote for us installing a smart thermostat and supplying the thermostat. You called someone else to install a thermostat you purchased. When the other guy couldn’t wire up and install your thermostat and left you without air you called us to get your AC back up and running. We went out rewired, Your thermostat and got your AC back up and running and cooling. (We only charged you 1/2 hour labor). Fast forward  forward 4 months later, you email saying the thermostat manufacturer sent you a replacement thermostat and if we can go install it for free since the other thermostat “you” provided was draining batteries. I told you I could not send a technician to your house to work for free. We provide warranty on parts we supply, We do not provide warranty for parts you supply.

Here are all the things wrong with this reply:

  1. my name is Alan, not Allen. 
  2. You gave me a quote (and I have the e-mails so don't LIE) for you to install your THERMOSTAT for $404. You failed to do the install with your parts so you charged me $201.50 when doing my install.
  3. The A/C was working when you got here, you didn’t “get it back up and running” you and I both know you came into the house and saw my thermostat at 65 degree, which indicates it’s cooling well.
  4. I wanted you to install your parts, which you quoted me $404 for. You FAILED to install your parts and HAD to install mine.
  5. The company (Sensi) told me your C-wire wasn’t properly installed. They had exceptional customer service and upgraded  me to the next model at no charge.
  6. You mention in your reviews you stand by your work but only if the customer pays another service fee, lmao. I’ll get 2 other independent contractors to verify this was done wrong, then what are you going to say? The job was done right? It wasn't.
