Our mother is a nice person and is old now, she worked hard her whole life, but Tonia and Tony Contreras have been financially leaching off of my father for over 30 years and showed no respect. After he died Tonia and Tony ripped off Gloria our mother from the retail cost of the property in Hacienda Heights because they can't afford the cost of living in California or to buy property here in California. She wanted to sell and move away which she could have done to a stranger and received the full amount of money.

The property was valued at 700,000 but these SCAM ARTISTS manipulated and scammed Gloria out of the sale for 450,000. They lied and ripped her off. Tonia and Tony have been financially scamming all their lives. Tonia doesn't work she never has. For many years she took advantage of my father and owed him thousands of dollars which she never repaid nor did her scumbag husband Tony Contreras refuse to repay. Now he is waiting for our mother to die so he can sell the property and move somewhere else.
