I ordered a pair of 9.5 mens shoes and received size 6.5. Fully 3 sizes too small. This Chinese company told me that I had to incur the cost of $20 to ship them back even though they were not even close to what I ordered. I sent them everything they asked for in pictures of the shoes showing the size and a copy of the shipping label on the package.
They said they would give me a credit of 15% if I did not want to incur the cost of the $20 to return them. After a half dozen requests for 100% return, they ended up giving me 40% after increasing it by 5% percent with every painful communication.
Clearly ripoff artists. Plus the shoes are of horrible quality.
