Apcoa Parking is a dirty company with no ethics. They are actually killing their clients - not just those who frequent the malls they guard Warszawa (Centrum Lopuszanska 22)
ul. Lopuszanska 22 02-220 Warszawa. It is clear there is free parking for 4 hours but they reserve the right to charge parking customers of the mall and ADDITIONAL FEE= whatever that means. I swear i will never visit the mall who they are guarding because this mall has no gates, no barriers, no ticket machines. They boast they have 1100 parking spots and by parking my car for 10 minutes with a clear 4 hour free parking policy they slapped me with a PLN 150 fine / USD 40 dollars. These people are greedy freaks and I curse their company to bankruptcy.
