We submitted a yelp report regarding our experience with Applebee's Grill and Bar at 6259 E Southern Ave Mesa, AZ 85206. 

Tawnie Guilmette our Applebee's server stole our credit card information used it at one location before it was officially flagged and the Police were involved.  Her license plate from a Marijuana Shop was linked to her as the driver.  Unfortunately she didn not go inside an her photo did not match up to the person.  We contacted management at Applebee's but were told they could not do anything unless she was prosecuted.  We told them to review their vidoes of the visit and her actions.  Applebee's would not look at footage or verify if they would take action on her behavior due to it being a personnel / HR issue and they could not comment.

We posted a yelp review about our experience at this location. The report detailed our negative experience with our Server Tawnie Guilmette which included her drinking while at work (taking shots), smelling of Marijuana and acting rude to customers and staff at this location.  After we posted our experience we were immediately flooded with threatening and harassing comments in email and on the yelp website.  Fake accounts were opened by her friends and emails traced back to registered accounts with her friends and facebook friends.  

An additional account was linked to an Applebee's employee named Kaitlyn Sap who is also a server at this location for Applebee's.  

A third individual sent us a threatening emails and also a yelp message stating it was his car and that we can pull up if we have a problem with her.  These emails and records were turned over to Mesa Police for follow up and an email sent to the Applebee's Corporate Office.
