 First of all I don't have to give s**t I don't have to give you any type of insurance you clown I'm the one who told you about your clients having insurance. That insurence was used for that day. Secondly, you are another liar I did and event 2 times the 3rd time you I told you to keep the deposit for the next event. However there was a storm. That's when the event was canceled and told you I would take deposit back because Everyone was still suffering. I explained that and you lied about the contract. Not one time does the contract say about mp refund on deposits. In that case Why did I get an deposit the first and second time? You don't see the lies? Thirdly a deposit is not a reward. You have lost your last mind to even say you not regarding me my deposit. You have a legal responsibility to give me my deposit. Let's also mention you said we are violent and the events are violent. We had mo issues at that place. You do understand you just lied again. We covered the grounds with 4 security guards and 1 Harris county constable. So Definitely you are a lie. You are a crook and I am working every day to get the word out and letting the community know that's what you are. You are using all these lies so you can look impressive but i know a demon when i see one. You are unhinged with your lies you are literally sitting here saying all of this with no proof. I will never let this sleep. I will continue to fight and let the world know the scam you are. Everything you touch shall not prosper and I also cast down every single endeavor u try to accomplish. I have proof and paper work for everything I'm saying. Even from getting toilets repaired. We paid for that. I have proof your contract does not offer a no deposit refund clause. I'm sure you gave one now however the contract I have does not. If we are so violent at your facility post the proof and I'll personally give you $5000 and that's a fact. Nothing violent happened at your facility. My insurance has nothing to do with you being a crook. Your contract never required insurance I personally got insurance for my sake not yours.

As soon as the rep call me from the city of Houston we will be reporting the entire building not holding a occupancy certificate and causing this building to be illegally ran. Trey Manley, owner of Trey Man Events has demonstrated dishonest and troubling behavior. Despite claiming to have insurance, the policy he provided was expired by the time he shared it with us, and it was intended for an event two weeks later (see attached). The audience he attracts is young and often violent, making it too risky to host events, even with insurance.

the event space has a history of repeat renters, but we had to refuse further business with Manley due to his poor practices and disrespectful behavior. As we prepared to refund his $400 deposit, he resorted to threats of violence and malicious attacks. In response, we sent him a certified demand letter and plan to pursue legal action to prevent further defamation.

We chose to stand firm against his threats rather than give in, as we do not want to reward such behavior. Please be cautious and avoid doing business with him to prevent similar issues. Note that Appropriate Development Technology, a nonprofit tenant at our location, is unrelated to this situation despite Manley’s false claims.

 Firstly you are a liar someone did in fact get shot on my parking lot which had absolutely nothing to do with the club. Matter of fact you have now also broke a nasty law of spewing this lie on us because we did have insurance and insurance is purchased per event and not used when you feel you want to sue someone. My business being burned was purely an electrical issue which is also stated in the police report and the fire marshall report. Which I have on hand. As far as me lying about doing events I have been doing this business for a very long time and you have no authority to stop any of it. Please let's also note this building is owned by an LLC which is also the same owner of the non profit that is listed here that also hold the same address. This post alone you have lied and slandered and I feel we have came to the point where we should sue as I have already started the process. However you have been dogging certified mail which won't work for long. This guy is a nasty crook, lack integrity, and have no regard for honesty. He put on a face of love but a wolf dressed in the nastiest sheep clothing you can bring on. How do we know he is a liar? Cause he just uttered it in this post. Especially when I have the proof and evidence. Event centers in the city love me I have never had a issue till this overage wolf crossed my path. Beware of this snake we will not let go till something happen.

This allegation by Trey Manley and  Trey Man Event is fallacious and malicious. Appropriate Development Technology is a nonprofit promoting STEM education to underserved children and a tenant at this location, and it has nothing to do with the event space.

As far as the event space, Trey Manley rented it twice and wanted to continue to rent, but we refused to continue to do business with him. Due to his expired insurance and for lying about his prior events where people got killed and his place was burned to the ground by angry clients because of lack of adequate security. Despite his claim about the event space he checked it repeatedly and wanted to continue to use it despite his claim to the contrary.

Last, he made a deposit for the 7th of July, 2024, but was refunded because of bad weather.  He made another reservation for July 14, but it was challenged when he wanted to cancel again for no apparent reason. Nonetheless, we still offered to return his deposit and told him not to book again. At this time, he got upset and started writing defamatory remarks and threatened to blow up the building, all of which we have documented. He is clearly unhinged and a violent person with poor personal and business ethics. We have reported him to the authorities and will be taking legal action given his fallacious claims.
