Aptive Pest Control Illegal Trespassers Charlotte North Carolina

This company is illegally trespassing in our community and the representatives refuse to provide identification or information from the company to show proof they are valid, each time we have requested this information. We believe they are preying on our vulnerable children and profiling our community for illegal transactions. Our community has signs posted notifying that we're private property and there's no soliciting, each of our HOA board members has expressed this and they seem to ignore our rules.

Somehow they illegally got contracts from unsuspecting residents and they are falsifying that they have a right to be in our community. They do not have a right on private property when there is signs posted. Our community is unsafe with this company trolling our community on a hover board and staking our neighborhood in there company vehicles after we have repeatedly requested that they leave the premises.
