I wanted an upgrade to my motorcycle stereo, so i went to my local motorcycle parts and exsessory store.  The staff told me that Aquatics AC put out some really nice products.  So I purchased Aquatics AV's flagship head unit for $525.  

I went home and looked for deals on speakers and amplifiers that were compatible with this system. $300 for speakers and $400 for the amplifier. The instalation was easy and smooth as i have inatalled many in my life.. The sound was good but when you rode the sound would shut on and off.  I went back to see that i did not make any  mistakes and i did not

I contacted Customer service They had me purchase new wiring and connectors because they felt it was not getting ample power $58, so I rewired and it continued to shut off intermintantly  I was told to send in the amplifies $14 shipping.  It was reeplaced, however the problems remained. So now i had to send in the main unit, but first was assked to send " proof of purchase" and was told the seller was not an "authorised reseller" so no warranty would be honored.  They would not even refund me for the parts purchased.

I could not read the warranty until after the purchase  so obviously an "authorised reseller" sold these units the shop.  I was a victum of a failed system designed to give Aquatics AV a way out of waranty

All parties mentioned proffited and I have a $1399 sytem that has never worked  I hope this helps me to get satisfaction and they will see that I was a victim.

Marketing Associate. reason for denial is"did not purchase from authorized reseller" This information is in the owners manual but cannot read until after purchase Aquatic AV did not handle this in a professional manner.

I gave Aquatic AV many opportunities to make this right All i wanted was a replacement unit. i imagine total cost to build the system was $75 I paid $530 for the Aquatic system. Aquatic AV could have exchanged units, made me happy fixed my unit and swap it out with the next unhappy customer and would have lost nothing. BUT Aquatic AV stonewalled me and refused
