Judges denied proper jurisdiction consideration. Wrongly charged a parent's attorney with contempt of court for giving his client legal advice. Collusion with child welfare workers and County Attorney to deny due process protections, terminate parental rights unfairly, denied a father his right to representation in a termination hearing. 

Engaged in unethical and improper conduct. Injudicious temperment.

Racial bias. Abuse of judicial  power. 

----------------------------------------------   Judge Chase was censored by CO State Judicial Discipline Comm. for racial bias and retired from the bench April 2021. The Commission will continue to receive misconduct complaints until April 2022.  A review of all contested cases before this judge is requested, due to many questionable rulings  in family court cases.
