I thought I was calling airline directly because ARB's ad was superimposed on top of the airline's. I wanted to book directly with airline and had selected my flight already. I called ARB back after I saw email with the extra $425 charge. They said the charge was due to taxes and fluctuating prices. Taxes are included in the total cost of a flight already and I've never had the price go up after booking. I'm disputing the charge thru my credit card.
Be warned that they have now changed/varied their phone # and ad. As an experiment, I just typed in Delta Airlines and am somehow directed to their site. I don't know if this is also happening with other airlines.
