Arditi Collection & Sami Arditi Arditi Design Be warned: Unethical business Boynton Beach Florida

Be aware: Do not do business with Arditi Collection & its owner, Sami Arditi of Boca Raton, FL. An expensive & an extremely dissatisfied purchase of inferior quality dinning chairs and credenza from the charismatic owner, Sami Arditi, turned into a purchase from hell. After paying ALL invoices including an unexpected, exorbitant delivery charge with crates deposited on my driveway, after being informed no one would be present, plus a cancellation fee for a dinning table, Sami Arditi stated that there was a company invoicing error and an additional $7,000 was due. Arditi refused to return my deposit igniting a conflict. Proclaiming Arditi does not want a dissatisfied customer; a settlement proposal to take back the furniture for a refund of the purchase price was presented, but when accepted Arditi reneged, not honoring his word. Additionally, Arditi’s refused to acknowledge receiving cash payments in attempting to keep unentitled money. The unjustified actions of Arditi required my obtaining the services of an attorney to retrieve the money rightfully due from Arditi Collection.   Arditi Design manufactures inferior, very costly furniture with substantial, unexpected, additional costs and its owner operates in a most unethical, deceitful manner. In my many years as a business owner and a consumer, my purchase from Arditi Collection & its owner, Sami Arditi, was, without a doubt, my most disgusting & regrettable purchase experiences.
